A marine, tropical species. Inhabitant of coral reefs.

This species can reach 40 centimetres in length.

Behavior

They seek shelter on the reef and feed on a variety of benthic invertebrates.

It feeds on benthic invertebrates.

Egg-laying. Clearly mating during reproduction.
