Stocking is a method of economic activity providing for regular release of young fish for feeding into already tested water bodies.
Stocking of ponds, lakes, reservoirs and other reservoirs - planting of fish planting material (seedlings, yearlings) for growing marketable fish or producers in order to repopulate reservoirs with valuable fish species.
Fattening ponds are usually stocked with yearlings of carp, carp, carp and other fish. Lakes and reservoirs are stocked with juveniles and producers (bream, pikeperch, carp, etc.).
